Maintenance Packages
We offer a variety of maintenance packages. A maintenance is anytime you need changes made to the website and pertains to the sitting. So if you have 1 change or 50 that is 1 maintenance. Once that maintenance is approved by you it is considered complete. After it is considered complete additional changes are considered a new maintenance and charged as such.
Our prepaid maintenance packages do expire 1 year from the date of purchase whether they are used or not and they are not refundable. Please think about the number of times you would want changes made and use that determination to decide on purchasing our maintenance packages.
These packages do cost less per maintenance if you plan on changes being made during the year.
